职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales
-Supervise & coach the store to achieve the target
-Assist to achieve the gross profit target.
Store management
-Keep the reasonable store velocity, insure the efficient cash flow.
-General Management store stock, prevent unnecessary lost
-Coach the store manager to keep the display standard
-As the Supervisor to make sure the cash income is in line with the sales report.
-Support SMs to manage the stock take
-Check all the documents related to invoice, product price, product transfer and damage.
-Support SM to control the security and safety issue.
People Management:
-Cares people development, support value-added suggestions
-Well transmit the company policy, and make sure the employee are well-follow.
Customer Service:
-Help SM to improve the customer satisfaction. Listen to the customers and maintain the company image.
Others:
-Support store development program
-Understand the market situation; provide the valuable suggestions to the management.
-Maintain the relationships between Operation and other department make effort to build a passionate team.
-Make sure the Operation Procedure is well followed
-Maintain relationship with government.
Qualifications:
-Around 8 years experience in sales and marketing field, preferably in fast moving consumer goods, fashion, cosmetics. Retail management experience is a plus.
-Good planning skill, communication skill，computer skill and presentation skill.
-Energetic, creative, honest
-Bachelor degree or above and fluent in oral and written English
-Enthusiastic and work independently.
