职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Internal in-store event assistance
a.Contact the vendors to produce in-store communication materials. ( Ilabo , light box, show card, leaflets…. ) to ensure all communication, event related work well done in the store.
b.On-site event support and event follow-up.
c.Bridges between Sephora CRM team, stores and other vendors to ensure all the details/communication for the event.
2.External co-partnership/ membership events assistance and organization.
3.Premium VIP card basic communication contact.
4.EDM/SMS/DM campaign system-operation/execution/assistance.
5.Control of the stock of all CRM materials. ( leaflets, envelopes, letters……birthday gifts, event materials/gifts and point redemption gifts. )
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above.
-Very good presentation and very active.
-Fashion, love cosmetics, result-oriented but detail execution.
-Experience in event organization in cosmetic domain is preferred.
-Good command of English, French is preferred. Good writing skill.
