Requirements:
1.More than 5 years HR experience, familiar with HR system;
2.At least 2 years working experience with multinational manufacturing plant experience
3.Fluent oral and written Chinese and English skills;
4.Good communication skills;
5.Hands on experience is required - in depth knowledge about running above processes required.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement all human resource policies and program;
-Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources programs;
-Develop and execute compensation and benefits policies and procedures;
-Foster effective communication between employees and management;
-Responsible for recruitment and conduct interviews / selection of candidates;
-Provide human resources training to employees;
-Ensure sourcing of training for employees where external training is required;
-Implement organizational development programs (performance management system, employee survey, organizational development, succession planning etc);
-Conduct on-boarding training for new employees and leaders;
-Control overall human resources budgets;
-Create and maintain staff information records and personnel documents, such as job descriptions, employee handbook, managers handbook land employment records;
-Conduct job evaluations and map according to global grade grid;
-Experienced in running payroll (in house or outsourced);
- Responsible for labor relations and dispute coordination;
-Support terminations handled by managers in the organization;
-Update the state labor policy and ensure the legal labor work.
