职位描述：
1．负责网贷P2P平台前期总体的整体运营工作，制定运营策略并组织执行；
2. 熟悉P2P网站架构和执行流程，熟悉网站运营管理结构和流程，了解P2P互联网金融业务的发展现状及趋势；
3．有丰富的网站运营策划和市场推广经验；有较丰富的网站策划、项目规划、营销推广经验，具备良好的执行能力;
4．制定、完善、贯彻实施公司网贷平台运营管理制度及流程；研究国内外成熟的在线贷款网站，结合国内实际情况及互联网相关知识，对在线投融资项目提供全面的解决方案;
5. 制定金融产品、理财计划。完成对产品制定、发布、结算的全过程，组织进行网络吸纳投资、贷款和理财销售工作并完成公司下达经营指标；负责团队管理、考核
6．跟踪和分析用户、客户的需求，监测、统计、分析运营的各项数据，并定期提交网站运营分析报告和业务提升建议方案；通过对用户体验和业务的分析，从而改进网贷平台的产品和市场规划，实现公司既定目标；
7. 运营管理培训、团队管理及人才建设。

任职资格：1.本科或以上学历，金融、营销、管理及网络等专业，年龄30周岁以上
2.至少5年以上担保、投资、银行、小贷、网贷类公司工作经验，至少有10人以上理财团队、信贷产品营销团队管理工作经验，能带领团队完成销售指标，6年以上互联网行业运营管理经验；
3.具有的计划、组织、领导和控制能力，具有团队精神，善于沟通和演讲，有广泛的社会关系；
4. 强烈的工作责任心和吃苦耐劳精神，身体健康、精力充沛，能承受压力和接受挑战；
5. 知识要求：对互联网行业有深刻的认知和敏感度，精通互联网运营管理，并了解供应链融资或银行存贷款业务知识。

优先任职条件： 1.有2年以上P2P网贷平台运营实操及管理经验者优先 2. 6年以上互联网行业运营管理经验，或3年以上金融投资行业管理经验,熟悉供应链融资业务优先考虑。3.有大型网站丰富的网站运营策划和市场推广经验者优先；
