职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities:

1 Assistant Training Manager analyzes training needs of Staff according to company requirements.
2 Design and update Skin-care training courses, prepare the training material
3 Conduct operational courses for Skin-care training
4 Support Training Manager in the delivery of supervisory and managerial courses
5 Design and ensure effective devices to evaluate the effectiveness of both classroom and on-job-training
6 Make regular store visit to follow up staff performance after training in order to confirm whether there are needs for further reinforcement
7 In charge of training administration ,including :
(1) the compilation of training report
(2) the issuing of training notification 5 days before the courses
(3) the preparation of monthly training schedule of the follow month
(4) maintenance of training facilities and reservation of training room
8 To maintain and update proper individual training record
9 Coordinate with external trainer in the delivery of business-relate courses

Qualifications:

1 At least 5 years working experience in cosmetics training with solid skincare knowledge, sales experience is a plus;
2 Able to create adapted and practical training materials
3 Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English (oral and written)
4 Organized person, quick learner and team player; dynamic, positive, enthusiastic about cosmetics industry
